The hotel is conveniently located in Cuernavaca, very close to the city center. The rooms have some noise issues both inside and outside, with a noticeable smell of sewage at times. The establishment exudes an old-fashioned vibe, especially during breakfast.

The service was top-notch, with excellent and polite staff, particularly Alfredo, who was very helpful and attentive. Various services like room service, housekeeping, laundry, valet parking, shuttle service, and welcome drink added to the positive experience.

The location in Cuernavaca is close to the city center, making it convenient without being in the midst of heavy traffic. The proximity to Taxco, a charming nearby mining town, and the beauty of the surroundings enhance the appeal.
